Carb Coma...

So I had a battle with the box of vegetable thins and the box one... *sigh*

 

But I slept and SLEPT and SLEPT and could totally go back to sleep right now.. I think I'm in a carb coma.. I hadn't had simple carbs in SO long, it started with the bread on monday, then the bread on thursday, and now the crackers on monday/tuesday again. Every time I eat them I get SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sleepy. Guess that's a big hint to STOP eating them huh?

 

Must become productive....

wow... now i know why i feel like having a nap everyday around 3pm... for the last 5 days i have been craving WheatThins and i have had those for lunch with cottage cheese....and also rice tortilla chips. Bad habbints are so hard to break!!!

I have my fill on thurs...hope my craving go away.

Yes I bought a box of wheat thins too.. they will remain unopened... the box of veggie thins is calling my name though.. I almost feel like I should eat them to get rid of them.

I hate when I get in that mode/mood. Sometimes I just throw stuff away to keep it from haunting me. I have never tried veggie thins but I do have a box of wheat thins that have been in the cabinet since October. I have found that when I do give in to that stuff it is not as satisfying as I expected. Good luck!

I've either discovered I have an intolerance to wheat or convinced myself that I do. Anyway, a few months ago I went on an 'exclusion diet' to try to figure out what foods were causing me problems. The problem I was trying to figure out was more gastrointestinal (turned out to be lactose intolerance), but by way of the same process, I found out that any type of wheat product makes me very very very tired. Now that I associate wheat stuff w/feeling so tired, I don't want wheat stuff anymore... except at night when it doesn't matter if I'm tired. ;-> LOL

lol I love the "except at night" lol... I'm sure this is all hormonal and emotional... you don't even want to know what I ate over the course of the the last 24 hours... can we say crackers and slider food... Boy am I paying for it now..
