drink water inbetween to help keep you full. I really feel for those of you that are strictly liquid before pre-op, but it'll be SO worth it when they weigh you before surgery and you've dropped 10-20lbs.

Hang in there! I was on a liquid diet one week prior to my surgery and was just weak. On the plus side...I dropped 11 pounds before surgery and I truly believe it has helped me with a quick recovery. I was banded on 12/17 and am rocking right now. I have been eating soft foods for the past week and have lost 7 pounds since my surgery. It will be over before you know and you will on your way to success! Best of luck! :Dancing_wub:
