I have stayed fairly consistent, no real weight loss since the first 1cc fill. It's a little discouraging but I get my second fill in September 2006. I'm hoping that will cause some further restriction because I can still easily eat larger proportion sizes. I haven't kept up on my exercise and that isn't good. I am in the middle of a move so I hope to get my exercise equipment back up and running come the end of this month. Let hope next month brings happier results.

I'm 'not' banded - but I agree with you - exercise is the name of the game - with or without the band -- I've had tons of support and encouragement from everyone here at LBT -- and everyone consistently talks about exercise along with healthy eating -- hang in there - next month when you are settled in and your equipment is accessible things will change!

You know you don't need that equipment to get your exercise in. Moving alone is a work out. You are doing great and to only have gained 2 pounds on vacation was excellent. Keep up the great work and stay motivated.....keep moving that body.
