What a meal?

Well, I made it through the day. Ate pretty good. Made some good choices and made some bad. All together not too bad. Did not have any PB episodes. Was able to eat slowly and not get sick. Not feeling too much restriction and trying to pretend like I do. Lots of choices today. Ate dinner with my bf's family. Was able to make the best of it and it was uneventful. My son had a good time and I got to whip his ass at 500 rume. (not sure how to spell that) I hope u all had a good holiday and a safe one.

god bless
