Just filled out this weight loss ticker online. Not sure how it will show up on here if at all or how to do it. But the url is http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wn2JIKJ/">

I see it on other posts and the chart shows up but can't figure out how to do it. I am a chart person and get more excited with graphs and charts than numbers on a page. Go figure and I am a financial advisor. I haven't lost a pound in a week and I am 2 1/2 weeks post op. Not sure what is up with that either. Oh, well, from the other blogs and pics on this site I am not too discouraged. It will come. Hard to believe that the amount of calories I am eating are drastically less than before and I am still not losing anything. What's up with calories in calories out?

Sometimes you have to eat a little more calories or you body goes into starvation and holds on to your weight. My consumption of calories varies from 800 - 1200 depending on the day. I have been losing a steady 2-3 pounds a week for the last 2 weeks. I stalled week 2 and when I upped my calories and made sure I got my protein in (60 grams), it started coming off.

regarding the ticker, you can add it to your signature by going to user CP and edit signatures. I don't think signatures show up on blogs though...just the regular posts.
