Surgery scheduled

I am having surgery on November 12, 2009 Im really excited but nervous anyone else having surgery on this date??

I had mine may4.. I was the same way, but it's really not to bad.. about 4 days after you start to feel alot better. It'll be the best thing you ever done. I love my band!

I am just beginning the process and now want to find out everything I possibly can.

Yup, Yup, Yup, I LOVE MY BAND. Banded June 29 best darn thing I ever did for myself. I have been full and have felt satisfaction since day one. I wake up with a smile on my FACE and go to bed with a bigger smile on my FACE. I wake up lighter and on my toes and my knees do not hurt any more. I have lost 60+ pounds I swear it melts off me at night. I am doing light exercises because that is the rule. I do about 1 hour a day. After 3 fills I do not eat a lot. I make good food choices and vary my choices so I do not get bored. I would not say it has been too too hard. I must say I miss the chow downs and the amounts of food I used to consume. I just love how I look now more. Best wishes to everyone and I still learn so much on this site. imaluckydog

Hi just wanted to say my banding is on Nov 12 2009 also. So excited been waiting a long tome for this journey. Tommorrow I go for a support meeting. It will be the last one with my Dr. since he will be relocatig at the end of Dec to Orlando. He is going to be missed greatly by all the lapbanders. But wish you the best with your
