I Feel Great!

It's 12 days since surgery and I feel great. My bandages were off after 9 days and my cuts just look like small scars, except for the port cut. I didn't have the horrible gas pains most banded people talk about but I did walk, walk, walk from the first day and I know that must have been part of it. Anyway, I feel really good but really ready for the liquid stage to be over. I'm anxious for some chewablefood.

Congrats...I am at day 9 since surgery. Wish I felt as good as you. Have had the horrible gas pains and get extremely tired walking around. Not sure why?! I love walking but it seems more difficult now. Keep up the good work..and I agree..need something to chew on!

LAP-BAND Patients

I was surprised when I got banded and felt really good afterwards. I too walked alot, even the next day. I really feel like that helped me to not have all the gas pains too. I am about a month and a half out and feel great. The only thing I would cautoin you about is doing too much too fast. Because I felt so good, there were times I did too much and was sore afterwards. You still have to be careful. Best wishes and I hope things continue to go well for you!
