I ate Lunch at Work Today

ok, so I was all ready to begin the hard core liquid diet again and then it happened...a wonderful lunch was prepared for us today at work by our coaches. I was mindful of what I ate, but I ate. I had one piece of fried chicken (most of the skin removed), one bite of mac-n-cheese and I ate the green beans. I had some of the apple dessert too. I did not have any of the soda though. Now I feel like I could be rolled out the door. I have to stop this before I gain back all of the weight I have lost.

don't feel guilty... think about it! before the lapband would u have been so aware of what u ate. Probably a big fat NO!!! You took off the skin, ate one bite, ONE bite!! can you imagine urself doing that b4 and u chose the greenbeans and I'm sure u didn't eat the whole apple desert, just some. So I say congratulations on your new behaviour. If we were this aware before we wouldn't have gotten to where we are. and hopefully we can say were!!
