0.3 today so I think I am at 2.0 currently. I thought I was at 2.3 before I went today?

I need to increase my exercise so I can get the most out of the band adjustment.

Supposed to be hot again over the weekend. At least it isn't the Florida humidity to go with it.

This month I want to really lose some weight. I have had my band for several months and need to maximize the effect.
