Surgery day!!!

Well,,, today is the day. I will leave the house about 10am and have my surgery at noon! I've been on liquids for the past 14 days and I've lost 13.5 pounds. It was H A R D !!! To all you out there that have to do liquids,,, hang in there, it makes it all worth it once you step on the scale and see how much weight you loose AND that TODAY IS SURGERY DAY!!!! :-)

 

Hope to write back soon with my wonderful experience that went very smoothly!:huh2:

    i am on the liquid diet I look forward to my scale visit I have a chicken and veggie dinner where you able to do that
