Left side pain upper stomach...freaking out!

I just had my surgery one week ago and I am having pain in my left side upper stomach.

I can't sleep on my sides, it hurts too much.

Doctor ordered CAT Scan.

Anyone have similar problems?

Help...I am freaking out...

I had issues for the first year. It was because of my port.

Is your's on the left side?

You do need to watch out but it will go away if it's a port issue pain.

I am post oo (9/24) and I can honestly say I had the same thing happen.. what I did was when I slept because I sleep on my belly I would prop pillows on both of my sides and get into a comfortable position. Also the pain will eventually go away just hang in there!
