Stitches and questions!

I still have one stitch that hasn't dissolved completely. It's been 4 weeks and I was wondering if I should just try and pull it out?? It is very pokey. Also, my appitite has returned and I was wondering if any of you have taken an appitite suppresor to help with that? My first fill isn't until November and I want to make sure I am still losing weight. I have started exercising everyday and I know that will help. Any advise out there??

Stitch will dissolve and fall out on own. If it is really poking you...you can trim it with fingernail clippers. Eventually it will fall out. Don't worry hunger will end once you get fill just wait it out.

Thanks Jess! It was a pokey one that hits right by my bra so I look like I'm rubbing my boob all the time.
