Insurance Bummer!

Talked to my insurance today. Found out that I have to be under 50 BMI to get lapband. Which means I have to loose 45 pounds on top of the 15 I've lost.

Now, if I could loose 60 pounds on my own....why would I need surgery!

That is a bummer! I had to loose 15 lbs for my surgery and that was difficult for me. Yes, it was! I am a self pay and went to TJ, MX and had Dr. Ortiz do my surgery. Was a snap and cost a fraction of what it would have in the states. Not to mention he is VERY good at his job and is one of the top lapband surgeons in the world. Can you tell I liked him....LOL
