165 lbs.

Last Wednesday, I had .25 removed from my band. Since then, I have been able to eat more than I ever. Consequently, I have gained over 5 lbs.

I am somewhat confused and I don't know what to do. I don't want to be miserable as I was, but I think I need a little more restriction.

I am torn. I also realize that I have a sick addiction to overeating.

The one thing that I would say about the band is that in order for u to maintain ur goal weight u will have to have the band in FOREVER...and thats the one thing that is disappointing about it.. the last fill I had was too tight.. i had 7cc in and I WAS MISERABLE...I lost 5 lbs in 2 days!! thats because I couldnt even drink down water.. so I went back to the doc and they took out 1cc.. and OMG!! I gained back 10 lbs!! boy was I depressed.. I understand all of us that has the band wants to lose weight.. but if ur fill mwas too tight and they losen it and u gained weight back.. just try to cut bak on what ur eating.. i guess its all about self control.. Dont worry.. it will all work out.. i ndont think u need another fill if the previous one was too tight.. u just gotta be strong.. if u need to talk..send me a message

I believe it is all about working with the band and your body. If you can afford it, I think having a .1 cc fill would be great. You were to tight, now your feeling a bit to open. When working on the "sweet spot" a small amount is often what it takes. One good thing is you are dialed into what amount you will need. Only other thing to do is be more dissaplined in what you are eating.
