Approval day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, today I was adding up the days since my paperwork had gone to Cigna and I decided to just call them and see how their time frame was going. The guy said that I was approved and gave me an approval number! WOW,,, didn't know what to say, caught me off guard,,, in a most awesome way:-)

It couldn't have come on a better day. After watching "The Biggest Looser" last night, I kept thinking today if I should go through with it or not. BUT,,, I said ta ta to all those thoughts when I got the confirmation from Cigna :tt1: :) :thumbup:

Congrats! I was recently approved and have also had second thoughts. After I went through all the diets, dr visits, mandatory support groups, etc--my dr's office told me that there was no way I would be approved. On a whim, their insurance girl decided to submit anyways (I didn't even know!). She called me 2 weeks ago during lunch and told me I was approved. I think she was in as much shock as I was!! Because I had made peace with lap-band not being an option, I was floored. I went through the emotions of not knowing what to do, but ultimately decided that this is the right thing for me.
