Hello All....

I'm trying so hard to eat and exercise like I'm suppose to. Its not easy. Thankfully I do like the Slim Fast and Boost drinks along with Crystal Lite Lemonade. My downfall was/is drinking while eating. I've stopped doing that and some of the weight is coming off. One ounce at a time. :tt1::huh2:

I completely understand and am so glad to find this site. I am also having a hard time eating like I am supposed to. I am an empty-nester so only have to cook for myself. I find it hard to cook healthy for one. I am not doing any protein shakes, guess I should start back on those? Just be thankful that it is coming off. Keep up the good work.
