being hungry

Hi there, I new to this. I had my lapband put in Aug 05, 09. I already had one fill four weeks after surgery and am now feeling hungry two weeks later. I lost 30 pounds between the pre and post op diet, but now I am now very slowly gaining. Help any advice.

It takes a few fills to get to the sweet spot. Hold on, try to make wise decisions and keep sugar free treat at hand. Chocolate Jello Pudding helped me so much!

Have you started to exercise yet? Do fun stuff....Belly Dance, Zumba, Water Aerobics. It really helps. I know I would not have lost as much if I had not started my exercise early.

Thank you for your help. No I haven't really started exercising yet, I do get out to walk every other day or so. I am looking into rejoining our YMCA and starting the water aerobics classes again. It's funny that you mention belly dancing, as that is something I have wanted to try for awhile. Thanks
