LAP-BAND Patients

Hi BG, Let me just say you are NOT an "idiot". You are far from it. I am so inspired by you on a daily basis I sometimes read your blog more than once. I am so tight with 5 cc in my 10 cc band I pushed back my next fill date appointment. I know everyone is different and I do PB more frequently now if I do not chew, chew, chew to beat the band. I also need to eat food that is more moist or I get that stuck feeling as well. I am imagining my doctor will only give me about .5 cc on my next visit. I still have not got on the scale thats the hardest part. I have to wait until Oct. 5. I can feel my body go up and down in weight but not by much.

Recently, I have set up both my young adults in college. I am lucky they go to the same school, The University of Vermont. It is fun and easy when my husband and I go to visit. One stop shopping I say. Good luck with all your other appointments. imaluckydog Kathy
