Well, it has been a month since my last blog, and it is amazing what can happen in that time. i have currently to date lost 50 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel absolutely amazing and am enjoying this new life tremendously. WOW, what a ride. It was so totally worth the whole thing.

I still have a some fleeting moments, but nothing I can't handle.

Just wanted to briefly say hey, and let you know how things have been going.

Great to hear from you. I am also doing as well. Close to 50 pounds but not yet, I will hopefully be down there at next weigh in on August 26. I have had a few stuck moments and that is not as pleasant. I did survive and live to remind myself to slow down I eat too fast, way to fast. Best wishes imaluckydog Kathy
