Help! I am 13 days post-op & having problems.

I am 13 days post-op and am having problems with SEVERE! gas pains in my stomach every afternoon. I have tried each day to drink something different in an effort to see what is causing the pain. Mylanta helps but not completely. I don't know what I am doing wrong but this is the pitts! Has anyone else had this problem? :cool2:

Try the gas-x strips it works much better. I only had the gas pains for the first week or so.

I tend to get pains in the afternoon/evening after eating. Not sure which stage you are in but if you're eating food (not just liquid) be sure to chew chew chew. That's seems to help me some.

You have to walk it out too, besides takings the Gas X. The more you walk and move it around the better.
