pre consult

Yesterday was my consult with the surgen, he suggests that I have bypass and not lapband because of my high bmi he thinks the lapband wont work as well for me. today I saw the dietition and she agreed. I don't know what to do im scared of the procedures and all the cutting bypass takes. im so confused on what to do now!

just think of it this way the doctor would not suggest something he doesnt think you cant handel and know that your best intrest is in the forfront of all decisions in your case and with bypass you have a backup be good system that those that are banded dont have and you will lose the weight way faster than those that are banded. just my opinion and what i feel are some positives hope they help you
