problems.

Hi,

It has been a while since i have written on here and i am having a few problems.. maybe you all can give me some feedback?

okay first issue:

i do not like my doctor. i feel like he is constantly putting me down and makes me feel very uncomfortable. i find myself rescheduling my appointments frequently.

second:

i have not lost any weight in six months.

im not sure what is wrong. i dont eat the best and i dont exercise so im sure that is why but i dont know how to get back on track. i really need some help. my boyfriend and i have gotten to that comfortable stage and i dont want to regain my weight.

i actually had an problem with popcorn and had to go to the hospital because i was puking blood for 18 hours. my doctor took 1 cc out of my band and within 7 weeks i gained 14 pounds.

[edit] certain days i can eat all day long and other days i can have one bite and be sick.. its verry strange. ive had 9 adjustments thus far and its very frustrating to not get to my sweet spot yet.

any feedback is appreciated.

i need to start losing weight again!!

You didn't mention what your restriction is like and if you feel like you're at your sweet spot? 'Dieting' is only going to get you so far. The band is all about helping you with the right amount of restriction. If you're able to eat too much at a time or you're hungry between meals you need a fill. Get back to basics with the rules...make a committment to measure and track things (calories, protein, water) for a few weeks, get in the total amounts of daily protein and water, no snacks between meals, wait before/during/after meals to drink etc. Good luck to you...you know what to do! -BG
