elcee Gastric Bypass Patients August 13, 200917 yr Author stats If you need help post a thread in the general forums. If you post in a blog you are not likely to get a lot of response.
imaluckydog LAP-BAND Patients August 13, 200917 yr Author stats Hi, I am seven week post op. I still feel NEW. I had so many questions like you when I started my journey DOWN stream. I found myself reading every blog out there. I agree with elcee above. On the FOURM pages click on post op and post a question and people will respond to your specific question. This is a way to get your answer rather quickly. You are able to check back and see it others have posted to your question. Lots of information there. Also make friends with people and ask them to be friends with you. You can send private messages to others if you wish. Tons and tons of info on this site almost overwhelming. I know there are other sites out there but I have only used this one. I have had so much success in my past seven weeks and I have never been happier in my life. It took me almost two weeks to fully recover so take your time and follow your orders to the letter for your own safety and health. Best wishes and if you have any specific question I can try to help, just ask. imaluckydog Kathy

Valentina81 LAP-BAND Patients August 14, 200917 yr Author stats Thanks for the comments  I'm still on liquids and i'm so nervous that I am drinking to fast and i'm afraid I will stretch it out. I'm starting my 3rd week next week and my doctor told me I could start eating eggs in the morning or oatmeal, but I don't know what else I should be having like for lunch or dinner. Any suggestions?
