Surgery yesterday

I just had my surgery yesterday! I don't feel as bad as I thought I was going to. Not much pain at all. I told the doc in the operating room to get as much gas out as he could and he must have done just that. I am drinking water and coffee and had some jello for breakfast. Things are going well so far.:cursing:

That sounds great!! I had my surgery Last Monday the 27th and I started back going to the gym today.. Doing slow cardio on the elliptical and have lost 22 pounds including pre and post surgery.

Congrats! Walking helped me with soreness and gas from surgery.
