My pre-op diet

Pre-op diet was 1 meal and 2 shakes a day.

I cooked my chicken & veggies on my day off and then packed my lunch bag with a morning shake, chicken & veggies for lunch and an apple or grapes. The best thing is that you can eat as many green veggies as you want.

I purchased several bags of frozen greens, edamame, broccoli florets, broccoli stalk pieces, green beans and made all of them at once, mixed them together and packed large amounts of the mixture with my chicken. Nothing gourmet, but it filled me up. I used Italian dressing to cook in, different spices and cans of mushroom soup.

I took Jack Links jerky with me or had an extra shake when I was hungry later.. (if)

I hope this information helps you on your pre-op diet. Good luck to you
