2 and 1/2 weeks post op

Well, it's been 2 and 1/2 weeks since my sugery. I have lost 10 pounds and 11 inches off my body. I can't see a difference yet when I look in the mirror but my clothes are fitting looser. I am pretty happy with the results so far. I do enjoy working out and it definitly makes me a happier person. I have a long way to go but I know I can do this. Good luck to the rest of you, we can all do it!!:smile2:

I am on week three and feeling pretty good. Still have discomfort but I have heard it's normal. I did have surgery! lol....I have been told I have lost like face, arms, overall width (I guess), cloths fit a little looser but not enough to go down a size. I am looser up top now...Darn! I was hoping not to lose there. lol...I will be heading in the offices around the 1st of August for my first adjustment. A little nervous. Weird how some doctors will give a local and others don't. I WILL have a local. Otherwise, they are not doing it. I cannot take needles...seriously....knowing I will see it I will defiantly feel every little thing. No...it's best the numb me, for their sake. lol...You’re doing great! Keep it up! ;)

Warrior Princess,

I know what you mean about losing it up top. I lost 2 inches there and I really don't want to lose ANY there. ;) I get my first fill on the 27th. I am going to ask for half of what they would normally put in because I am going on Vacation and won't be close to any hospital's or Doctor's offices. I will post and let you know how my first fill went. I think you have every right to ask for a local, it's your body. Thanks for the word of incouragement. It's so nice to be able to talk with people this way. Good luck to you. :)
