What to do next?

I'm doing my best to stay away from the foods that I shouldn't have, sweets, and I'm proud that I'm doing that. I'm not eating near as much as I did pre band. Yet I'm not loosing. I know that I should get out and walk more, but right now the heat is opressive and spending the $$ for the gym is not an option right now with bills being what they are.

My only hope is to hold out till fall OR get up before dawn and go walking. As for the second part, I love sleeping a little to much.

Dance! Put on your favorite music and just dance. Dancing is a great form of exercise and you can do it in your home. I also have a stepper that I use to help get my heartrate up. It doesn't matter what you do or how long you do it. Any exercise is better than nothing!!

I used to have some of those Leslie Sansone walk at home tapes that were really good. They kind of pick up your mood too or maybe it was the walking. I've been kind of lazy about exercise too with a million lame excuses...its never hot here, or cold, or raining! I'm almost out of excuses! LOL.
