You inspire me!! I visit my Dr. tomorrow first visit after LB. I have no idea what I have lost. I know it is something. I do not own a scale yet and not sure I really want to either. I know I would be on it 10 time a day checking. I'm doing well with the food today. You really do NOT look like the same person!! Not sure could be a picture of your long lost sad sister. YOU ABSOLUTELY ROCK! I'm with you on the discouraging moment......remember mine I posted to my blog just earlier this week. About being able to eat more than the 1/2 cup and feeling like a failure?

I've seen pics of me before and my gosh they're not good. I look sad and fat.....which I was.
