nervous

I was banded in Nov 07. I lost 125 lbs. by Nov 08. Then my mom became sick and passed away. Did not have time to go for a fill. I have gained 40 lbs and am going for my first fill in months tomorrow. I am extremely nervous about going back. I am upset that I have gained this weight back.

I'm sure it takes a lot of courage to go back in there...just remember, your doc wants you to succeed and he or she knows life happens. If ANY of us were perfect at losing weight we wouldn't have needed the surgery in the first place. I'm proud of you, you're getting back on track! -BG

Im proud of you too!!!! You went through a difficult time and that can get anyone off the track of life. You just go in there and start again!!! you can do it. keep us posted.
