Making some progress

So since my last Blog I started having a protein bar, protein shake & just 1 balanced meal a day. The protein bar helped me with my appitite & the cravings are not there. I also started walking about 2 miles in the evening with my husband & kids, in addition to my lunch time walks (everyday). It feels so good to watch the scale go down every day pound by pound. My follow up with the Surgeon was moved up to yesterday and it went well. I was a little disapointed that my (second) fill was only 1.5 cc's. So the band now has 4.5 cc's, but I'm very confident with the Dr's choice. I'm feeling pretty good for the progress I've made :crying::thumbup::frown::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
