LAP-BAND Patients

It's all a process, I can only handle changing one habit at at a time. I'm right there with you.

I started increasing my walking in the evening & a little at lunch time sometimes by myself, just me and my mp3 player. That and having protein shakes & bars have really started to move the scale! Take Care

Where did you find that picture of me in my yellow polka-dot bikini?????

All kidding aside, my 16 year old daughter has taken on the role of personal trainer for me this summer. I'm embarrassed to say that I thought the walking I did as a nurse was enough, but I can hardly last 30 minutes on a stationary bike. I'm trying though. I try to think of every excuse not to, but I feel better when I exercise. I never believed anyone who said that before.

Good luck, and just to let you know, I really enjoy your blog.
