I am considering the gastric sleeve procedure and am documenting my efforts to lose weight.
In the meantime I'm making changes to my diet, for example, I'm studying the post-sleeve diet recommendations and incorporating them into my diet. I wish to have good habits in place to make a smoother emotional transistion post-op.
