I have a physical job and I just kept gaining weight. Me and my wife had surgery last Friday and I was really sore up to yesterday. It seems to be getting better. I had a hernia repaired at time of Surgery and attribute most pain to it. I don't feel hungry at all. I started feeling better when I was able to increase my protein. I found some clear new Whey liquid protein and it appears to be helping me. I mix it with water and or jello. I hope the remainder of the aches eventually disappear.
