3 months post-op

I go for my 3 month post-op today. I have had a 2 and 3cc fill. My band is 10cc. I have only lost 30 pounds. I have lost the tightness feeling in my band. I can eat anything. Everything goes down, is this normal?:willy_nilly:

Do you feel any restriction? You want food to go down, but it's the amount you want restricted. How much are you eating at a time? If you're not getting a full sensation at all, sounds like you need another fill. Hope this helps.

Remember that the goal is not to find yourself unable to eat comfortably. The goal/the way the band works is for you to be able to eat a meal of about a cup of food and fell satisfied for at least 4 hours. So, the question is, what is your level of satiety? If you eat a meal, how soon do you feel hunger again?
