Whats wrong with me?

Ok i had my 3rd fill today..... My doc told me to have 2 days of Clear liquids and then 2 days of mushies... Well i had unbearable hunger. And im always good at fighting it. But i had to eat somthing so i ate a tiny tiny serving of watery mash potatoes. And now im scared i hurt myself.

So i was wondering what are other people told to do after fills?

is it possible i hurt my band?

i feel so guilty... now what could be wrong with me?

Well, I don't have a band, yet... But from what I have read here on LBT, I don't think that watery mashed potatoes are going to cause permanent damage.

Try to stick to the docs instructions from here on out, though.

:]

uhm, I'm just told to "be kind" to myself. Patients at the clinic I use are not required to go on liquids or soft foods after being filled, just kind to ourselves.

We are told to watch what we eat and be extra careful because the restriction might sneak up on us, but that's it.

And as for what's wrong with you? I suspect you are human.

That would be my guess too. :)

My doc's instructions are liquids for 24 hours and soft foods for another 24. Believe me, you didn't hurt yourself. :D
