I have BCBS of Georgia and got approved in 5 days. However, I kept bugging them to make a decision. My surgery id Nov 20th.

how you get you dates to line up i could'nt get it done . had to type it out like this.

When I edited my signature, I just hit "enter" after each line. Don't know if that's the most scientific way, but it worked! Good luck!
