Simple Menu Ideas

I have been out of touch for awhile. My eating habits is out of control. I had my lap band surgery back in 12/05 and my weight was 320 lbs... I was doing good and had gone down to lbs.. I have not been back for a fill for over a year now.

I am reviewing menus now and trying to control my intake of food. If you follow a plan and think it could help me please send it my way.

I need all the help I can get!

Joe

Why have you not gotten a fill and gotten so far from the "lap band way"? I am just wondering because I do fall off the wagon sometimes and it is hard to get back up! Have you heard of the 5 day pouch test? When I really need to get myself straightened up I use this diet. I don't really recall all of the specifics of it except for the first 2 days you can only have soft protein stuff like liquids and puddings and stuff like that. It is hard to follow but your pouch will hopefully shrink a bit plus it helps get all the cravings for bad stuff out of your system. That is where I would start. Go to google and type in 5 day pouch test. It will give you the web site that tells you exactly how to do it. Godd luck, and please let me know how you do.

Hey Joe

Glad to see that you are back on here and giving it a try. We all fall off so its good that you are ready to get back into the swing of things.

I would get yourself a fill for sure and then check out the food and Nutrition topics and the one called Share Ideas of what you ate today, etc.

Good Luck
