Consultation next week...what do I need to have?

Hey guys!

My consultation with my surgeon is next week and im sooooo excited! What do information do I need to bring? I am having my my medical records from childhood and teen years sent from my previous docs too! I've been overweight since about 10 so I think that would be good to have too! any other suggestions?

is this your very first time meeting with him / his office? If so, you don't need anything, really. he will probably talk about the procedure, what to expect, time line, and talk about what kinds of tests he'd like you to get done prior to him performing the procedure.

ccweeks is right....you don't need aything...just make a list of questions you may have and bring a notebook to take notes...good luck!:(
