Im new to video games, and exercise, Do you think that th WII is helpful? I was thinking about getting one but I dont want to get it if its not helpful with exercise?

The Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus is awesome!

After a couple of months of working out in the gym, I got tired of it because i dont like people watching me when i work out.

I bought a Wii and Wii Fit in June and have loved it ever since! You get to workout in your own home without people staring at you. I bought the Wii Fit Plus in Oct when it came out, and its so much fun.

You can exercise, yoga, strength training, and it even has fun games. If you have a family, your whole family can work out on it and have fun with it.

They also have over work out games for the Wii, one is by Jillian Michaels (from Biggest Loser)

I would def recommend getting a Wii !!
