The 9-Inch 'Diet': Exposing the Big Conspiracy in America
by Alex BOGUSKY and Chuck Porter
That is a real eyeopener and an "easy" read with lots of pictures. It is amazing the things that have gotten so out of control in our lives with food purchases and servings.
I read it in about an hour while sitting in the bookstore.
