My doctor insists the only yogurt recommended by him is the Plain Greek, please tell me your ideas for making it tastier! It seems so bland to me!

Thanks!:)

I get a brand with 13 grams of protein and low fat from Fresh and Easy...mix with either chopped nuts and raspberries with a little bit of honey....deelish!

Surprisingly, it mixed in well. It might have been the liquidness of the yogurt and vanilla that helped break it down. It whipped right in though.

I tried it again with chocolate sf carnation Protein mix, thinking I'd kill two birds with one stone. It didn't taste as good, or maybe the first time I was just in the chocolate/pb frame of mind (lol). I fixed it again with the hot chocolate powder for my husband and me, and he loved it too.

I took Spinach Dip (with the Knorr veg. soup mix) to a tailgate this weekend and substituted GY for sour cream...no one noticed the difference...yum!

OMG, I LOVE spinach dip! I will have to try this. Thank you!

Brown Cow makes a Greek yogurt. It comes in a four pack of little cups. Each cup is 0% fat and 100 calories. I think it's 12 grams of protein. They have strawberry and blueberry. I found it at my regular grocer, but they DEFINITELY carry it at the health food store.

I was at an Accounting seminar and some ladies came in with their Brown Cows since they would not eat the crazy junkie danishes the seminar leader provides

:smile2::sneaky::w00t: Do you think they were lapbanders?:(:w00t::tt1:
