Oct. 15th my band date

I am so nervous, I keep going back and forth in my mind weather or not to do it. I really want to but I am afraid of a lot of things. Failure being one, also not fully knowing if I will be able to adapt to the changes needed of me, also it might be the unknown of the future. I really want to change I want to go on this journy but it being so close to reality now i'm completely terrified. I'm not sure if I am starting to change my mind out of fear or what. I know in my mind I want to do it, but at the same time i'm not sure. If you have any advice or even storys to help me out that be great.

You may be afraid of failure like we all are, but I feel you should be 100% sure that this is what you want before you do it. It may help to keep researching it and ask questions when you have them. You could also do a pro/con list to help you get an idea of why you do and don't want it. Good luck to you.

Hey there..

I am being banded on 10/14 and I have alot of the same feelings of anxiousness. My biggest fear is failure....what if it works then all of the weight comes back? What if it doesn't work at all? What if I eat around my band and cheat with slider foods?

I think that almost everyone goes through this in one aspect or another....hang in there!!!
