Who eats Bread?

I had my 3 hour class yesterday and have surgery next Wednesday. I have lost 15 pounds in a week and a half so I am psyched about that. Anyway, of course they told me that I will never, ever, ever eat bread again. If that is the case I can live with it, but just wondering if any of you can tolerate bread with restriction. If so what kind. I am not looking to have it is a part of my diet, but on rare occasions it would be nice.

Good idea about the crusts. I still hate those darn things.

You have to eat crusts to make your hair curl...............!

I eat toast regularly and wholemeal wraps. I have also eaten sandwiches when on courses where food is provided and so far haven't had a problem.
