Hi Rhonda. What type of pre op are you planning. Presently, I go to "Popeyes" and get the vanilla Iso Pro. By using Vanilla, I can add my own flavors. Tastes Ok as well.

When I used Medifast I liked the Hot Chocolate it was very good and full of protein. I drank it in the summer or winter.

Variety is the spice of life........or so they say.

So this is the reason I had to put up with chocolate.. YUCK>> lol... I like vanilla better cause you can add sugar free flavors to it... Oh well that stage is long gone LOL... On to better things...

I have to agree with Vanilla as I can do so many flavors. Unfortunately, the stage is not gone for me, because I forget to chew and throw up. I am sore so for the next few days, I have vanilla shakes, strawberry,blueberry, etc.

Thanks for the invite to be a friend. I accepted. I use the

vanilla ISO-PRO from Popeyes. I find it doesn't have an aftertaste. It is expensive, but when I think about the problems that could be encountered if I didn't stay off solids after being so sore, and the surgery bill itself, the shake price is the least of my worries.
