not much excercise.

My new scale (one that will weigh me) is going to be here tomorrow. I cant wait to see how much Ive lost on my preop diet. Ive been drinking 900 calories a day of carnation shakes for 10 days and that is it. I havent really excercised to much cuz I feel like crap. I am tired and run down. This diet is putting a hurting on me. I am very active though I have 3 little boys LOL. Im kinda worried I havent lost to much because I havent been excercising like crazy. What do you guys think?

Hey marmar. Don't really worry too much about the exercising right now (or the total pounds lost, for that matter). Studies show that a rapidly implemented low calorie diet tends to reduce fat from around the liver. If you've been faithful to the preop diet, I'm certain that your liver will be fine, allowing the surgeon to move it out of the way to slap that band on! You're getting close now, hang in there!
