I'm baaaack

Hello All! Sorry I've been MIA for so long. I was out of town for a funeral :)

I've only had 1 fill thus far. I go back on the 24th and hopefully will get another. I completely fell off the bandwagon while away. I've got to start all over training myself as to life with a band. I'm a bit disgusted with myself. But I know that negative thoughts will only lead to failure, so positive thinking and new outlook is what I'm focusing on.

Hope everyone is well and healthy. If you have a minute and feel like giving a quick update, I sure would enjoy hearing from you!

Glad to see you back and sorry about your loss. Sounds like another fill will get you back on track. I had a little restriction after my 2nd fill and good restriction after my 3rd (5.6 in a 10cc band now). Good luck with the fill next week! -BG

welcome back:smile2:. I too have been MIA. My mom got sick in June and passed way in mid-July :-( so I have really been on an emotional roller coaster. She's originally from the South so when her sister's came out to see her they were cooking up a storm. I wasn't super bad by eating a lot just eating things I probably should not have eaten. (cake, cake, more cake. Fried fish, Fried chicken, you name it. I kept telling myself I was too busy and to depressed to excerise. I had my second fill yesterday I now have a whopping 2.6 cc's in a standard APband. Hopefully I will get some good restriction. Doc seems to be a little conservative on the fills. Anyways I'm ready to start exercising again and hopefully get my head back in the game.
