Found out yesterday that I was APPROVED!!! Will get my surgery date on Monday. Will probably be Sept 1 or 2!

You are starting with about the same amount to lose as me. Are you doing a pre-op diet? That really kick started the weight loss for me and made me feel so good about the start to my process of becoming healthier and much happier! If you are doing the 2 week pre-op diet, I guess you'll have to start in a week or so! Good luck and keep us posted!

Yeah they told me I would have to do the 2 week opti fast. I have started to clean out my kitchen in prep for it!

Yeah I have a lot of weight to lose but given my height (5'10) and age I was told that the I could look to lose lots on the liquid diet which in turn will hopefully give me the energy to get into the gym after I get clearance post-op!
