taking too long

hi guys anyone have amerihealth administrators I did a three month dr thing which wasn't required by insurance however my surgeon named dr harrison required it, anywho the papers were submitted and insurance requested I go for a thyroid and igg test ( maybe igg is wrong) and everything came out okay so now waiting for approval again has this happened to anyone else I know people in my 3month class already had dates for surgery:confused:
