Vomiting and Dizziness

I'm on the pree-opt diet and I ate meat with the liquid diet and got dizzy and vomited is this normal? I usually have sugar thur out the day and I didn't so I assumed it was my body telling me it needed sugar......PLEASE HELP if you can this was awful.:thumbup:
