Hello :) Questions about HIP insurance in NY

Hello all :)

This is my first time posting.I've decided to have the band procedure. I'm just looking into information about my insurance and around my area. So I'd appreciate if people with experience could give me some input on a few questions I may have. I'm glad to have found a site like this.
